Spread the batter gently through into the bottom of a cake tin, or evenly distribute the mixture into 15 muffin liners if getting small versions.   Blend the coconut cream, maple syrup, citrus, cashews, and coconut in a clean blender until silky smooth. 4. Blend in the matcha powder until it is completely mixed. 5. Pour over the base and place in the refrigerator.
