Return & Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our food and beverage products, AKI MATCHA does not accept returns or provide refunds for any orders, except in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you received the wrong item or a damaged/defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@akimatcha.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a replacement if approved.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Because we sell consumable products, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind.
Taste preference.
Purchasing the wrong item.
Orders made with discount codes, subscriptions, promotions, or sale pricing.
Opened, used, or partially used products.
All purchases—retail or wholesale—are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
We only replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at sales@akimatcha.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Unapproved returns or unsolicited packages will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered unless a replacement cannot be provided for a damaged or incorrect item.
If a refund is approved (rare exception), it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellation Policy
At AKI MATCHA, all sales are final. However, we understand that order changes may occasionally be needed shortly after purchase. Please review our cancellation terms carefully below.
Cancellation Window (Within 48 Hours)
- Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed.
- Cancellations requested within this 48-hour window are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations After 48 Hours
- Cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours from the time of purchase will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- The remaining 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
- This fee covers administrative costs, payment processing fees, and order preparation.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it cannot be canceled, including but not limited to:
- Orders already packed or shipped
- Wholesale orders
- Subscription orders
- Orders placed using discount codes, promotions, or sale pricing
In these cases, the order will fall under our Return & Refund Policy, where all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Important Notes
- Cancellation eligibility is determined by the order timestamp, not when the email is received.
- Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
