Step 1 - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (F)

Step 2 - Heat the butter until golden yellow in color. After that, pour it in a bowl (heat-proof) and keep aside to use later

Step 3 - Combine all the dry ingredients – flour, baking soda, salt, and of course matcha powder. Remember to sift the matcha powder so that it doesn’t create lumps. Mixed? Set aside.

Step 4 – Take a large bowl and mix brown sugar, heated butter, and white sugar. Then add in the vanilla essence and eggs to the mix. Whisk until creamy and lump-free.

Step 5 – Add the dry ingredients to the moist mix and combine well with a spatula. Make a dough out of it.

Step 6 – Add choco-chips and mix again, and then keep it for a 30-minute rest.

Final step – Create beautiful shapes of your choice out of the dough to make the cookies. Bake for 12 minutes and take them out. Serve them hot or cold.

Step 3 – Press the dough to the bottom of a cheesecake pan or muffin molds. The preparation for the crust is now ready. Yay!

Step 4 – Diced strawberries, raw cashews, maple syrup, water, and lemon juice – all of these must be blended together and blended very well. Pour into a bowl or jar and keep aside. Your strawberry filling it is!

Step 5 – Blend cashews, water, maple syrup, Aki Matcha ceremonial grade powder, and melted vegan cheese. Cheesy matcha filling is ready.

Step 6 – Get the cheesecake pan where you have kept the dough pressed to the bottom. Pour strawberry filling halfway up the pan. Now, pour the cheese-matcha filling then. Repeat the process. You will get alternative layers of strawberry and cheesy matcha filling.

Final step – Put the pan in the freezer and keep it in for at least 6 hours. Once it sets well, take it out and serve a nice cut to yourself first. The cook deserves the best bite!
