We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Conditions of Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items and items purchased with promotional or discount offers or subscription discounts are not eligible for return; only regularly priced items at the time of purchase may be refunded

If your return is accepted, you may ship the item back. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive a qualified return, 20% return processing fee will be deducted from the eligible refund. Our Customers receive an 80% refund of the total payment and 20% discount code for future purchases.  If your order was made with any discount code, sale, or the discounts, we may reject a request for return at our discretion.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
